Certified Medical Review Officers serve U.S. HealthWorks medical centers nationally, as well as numerous clinics outside of the U.S. HealthWorks network. Test results are transmitted through secure electronic channels from the labs to the national Medical Review Office, located in Phoenix, Arizona. After reviewing the test with the donor, the MRO reports the test as positive or negative. That final decision rests with the MRO, thus relieving you as the employer, from the liability of that test report. The MRO will advise you regarding guidelines for dealing with employees who have tested positive. |
